The beginning of the obesity as a health problematic increased the interest of
the people in all world. This is because of many of the
diseases that it generates; for example, high pressure, cardiovascular and
hearth diseases. All those things could be controlled with the people; only
needs more information and more control with the food habits that they
practice. To combat this epidemic it’s necessary to change their lifestyle and
to know more about the possible solutions that many organizations give to the
people.
It´s
necessary to know the real definition of obesity. The obesity is a disease generated
by a big accumulation of fat in the body, and can make several damages in the
health. It can be influenced by internal or external facts; for example, the
genetic of the person or in the other hand the own culture of the person. Over
the years, the people forgot the importance of the good eating habits. The
World Organizations of Health reported millions of persons with overweight and
so many with obesity. These amount excluding all of the children that suffer
from it too.
Actually, the way to the people eat has changed
radically, leaving the healthy food and starting consume fast food. Now, the
people prefer buying food in the restaurants than cooking in their house.
Obviously, the food that they sell in the majority of the restaurants is bad.
In addition, people don´t do exercise because they prefer a sedentary
lifestyle. Also, working in house, in offices or not working, promote this
illness. Finally, the people that don´t eat healthy food; for example, fruits,
water, vegetables and others; the possibility to be obese is higher.
The people always think about the problem but a little
few of those persons really do something to take care of themselves; for
example, go to the doctor to check if everything is okay, try to create good
eating habits, not just stop to eat, is more like the necessary amount to eat
and stop the fast food restaurants, and the most important even when you are
not fat, do exercises that always helps. Sometimes the people have a sedentary
lifestyle because they work, but they can try to do simple things, like drink
water, take little walks, use the ladders, etc. Sometimes is about the attitude
and loving yourself.
After
seeing the reasons that promote the obesity and the possible solutions to this
problem, I think that it is important that the people known more about this
disease. To create awareness in the people that suffer this illness, it will be
important for the world and especially for the future generations, because so
many children are suffering. It´s not fair, that so many people are killing
themselves for not make a change. It´s time to change our mentality.
