Actually, most of the people of the world practice some sport. The sports are considerate a way to lose weight, relaxing, and even a profession. Each country has a particular sport that our people practice, but I think that most famous is soccer. A way to see this, It is when you look the participation of the people in the recent World Cup, Brasil 2014.

When I talk about soccer, I think a lot of things. This sport is my favorite because when I was a little girl, I played it. The Sub 17 World Cup was so amazing and I think that girls played like never before. I imagine that stay in their position is so stressful, but nevertheless it is a better experience. Loos the stadium full of people saying positive things is incredible. Those situations are the ones that motivated to continue practicing this sport.

Other important event about soccer players is the World Cup, Brasil 2014. There is most important affair in this year for the soccer. The people saw the best players from different countries. In addition, they saw our experience, abilities and techniques in the match. Each one demonstrated the people why we were selected as the best. For example, the important game made by National Selection.

On the other hand, the players are considerate an important piece of the team. Most of the women watched the games to see the players. This situation turns in a Trent. After the end of this event, girls of all ages selected their favorite player. They consider things like physical aspect, color skin, nationality, age and hair. Some of the players now are more famous than before the World Cup, and the amount of their followers increased.

Finally, the importance of the sports in the world is amazing. The people need to know more about the sports, specially the one that is practiced in your country. If the people will consider the sports as a culture, the world would be healthier and the illnesses like diabetes, obesity and others would be disappear and the world would be better.

The Life: Before and Now

Some decades ago, the world in which we were living was very different compared with the current one. The culture, the way of thinking, the tastes, the traditions, the own customs of the Costa Ricans, have suffered an important change. Even the persons, who were a part of the daily lives of those times, tell to the current generations the differences between the ways of life of the current youth, with that of the youth of those years.

If we talk about the culture of before, we can mention that the persons were much more respectful. The way of dressing, was less extravagant and simpler; on the other hand, now, that the young persons adapt ways of dressing of other cultures, instead of preserving the own gown of our country. The women for example, no longer use clothes discovered only in the warm places of the country, but also in the cold places. The simple woman of before, now does not exist, she transformed in a woman without identity; without culture.

The way of thinking of the persons now is more developed. For example, before the family parents taught their children that the home had to be respected; now the homes are the center of all kinds of activities, and the worse thing, these activities are not normal in a family. Before, the young persons wanted to have 18 years to go out maximum to the cinema; now, at least having the age, the boys and girls enter to any bar, buy liquor or drugs. In these times, the youth is very marked by the drug addiction and the delinquency.

In addition, another important factor, that influences this change, is the technology. With the years, this aspect has changed radically the way of life of the Costa Ricans. Before, the persons were living happily, relaxed and without so many problems because of its use. The familiar union, in those times, was the most important thing for the society now, 1 of every 10 families forget what is to share together. This is one of the problems that generate the technological invasion in our lives.

After this, we realize that nowadays the Costa Ricans are very different from some years ago. The necessity to have identity, culture and customs, invades us. With such a pretty country, that it is Costa Rica, we should estimate our legacy, genetics and we come wherefrom. Many countries, they do not possess everything that we have. It is important to value and to estimate what the world has given us.
